We need to calculate the index arrays for the cloud controlling factor for all sims and store them to disk. This is done by the call to make_ccf_binindexing of ccfsampling/calc_ccf_sampling.ipynb.

Note: keep in mind that we remove the first 24-hours in the indices calculation.

Completed for all sims for omega at 500hPa (omega) and sst (t_g). Need to also do EIS/LTS and UTS.
