Add dict of analysis days #4

Need a dict that defines which days should be analyzed depending on the start date of a simulation. This is to take care of differences in the simulation length between resolutions.

Added a corresponding dictionary and a function in commit 3a6006aef83752648e2c7c5d05ec4883879b7886.
