Feature request: (daily) digest of tracker hits #59

For some trackers in https://domain.tld:7000/trackers it would be beneficial to have the possibility to configure some kind of digest (hourly/daily/weekly) as the information comprised in tracker hits are not necessarily time critical but clutter the mail inbox.

Thinking about it ... It would also be benefical to group certain trackers for a combined digest.
