[UG][DG] Links do not have color #19

Here all these are links, yet they appear blank. Hard for reader to know what's a link and what's not.

This happens throughout UG and DG.

Team's Response

This is because of conversion from adoc file to pdf file. The links are actually colored blue if you view our DG and UG on github.

Reason for disagreement: In my opinion, I feel that the reason of "conversion from adoc file to pdf file" is not a valid excuse for this.

Developers and Users may not only view the DG and UG respectively, on the team's github page but may choose to read the pdf version. Hence, the lack of the underlining and blue colouring of the links will indeed affect the reader's experience when reading the UG/DG.

Moreover, I believe that this issue can be fixed. What my team did was tediously and manually edit each link in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
