Actually this is due to conversion from adoc file to pdf. It is hidden properly when viewed on github.

Reason for disagreement: In my opinion, I feel that the "conversion from adoc file to pdf" should not be used as an excuse for having this error.

Having the awkwardly positioned URLs impede readability.
