Implement horizontal slide to turn page. #105

Page-turning should be done by sliding right-to-left or left-to-right. Current
default settings are very inconvenient, especially when reading on a tablet
holding it in portrait mode. (You either have to scroll up and down to turn
pages, which is very counterintuitive, or tap top or bottom portions of the
screen, which requires going into settings and isn't much better at the end).

Horizontal page slider implemented a long time ago. Turn it on in settings.

Don't see it in settings (current version from Android market). (Also, I don't
see anything like "about ebookdroid" so I could see what the version is).

Menu -> Book settings -> Single page mode + Page align (AUTO) + Page animation
type (not NONE)

Wow. That's not intuitive _at all_. People looking for the option to enable
swiping would be looking at "touch and scrolling" under "all settings". The
options for how to control page turning, etc. should be decoupled from the
display/animation options. Also, IMHO, it would be more sensible to activate
sliding gesture by default, with no animation (since animations tend to be
laggy).
