What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I've placed XPS and PDF files into the same folder on my desktop, which when
I sync to my HTC EVO, it only recognizes the PDF files from that folder
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No output as the application does not recognize any XPS files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
most recent version, downloaded in the last three weeks from Andriod
Marketplace. Android version: 2.3.4 and HTC Sense version: 3.0

What device are you using?
HTC EVO 3D

Please provide any additional information below.
I've attached two example files to this ticket. Both files were produced using
Microsoft XPS Document Writer from my PC.

Thank you for the very prompt response and letting me know the new version
(1.3) is / was available from the Andriod marketplace.

I went thru a download of the application and see the cool new UI (very
nice!), however, the app still doesn't recognize any XPS files that I've
synched to the phone.

I did ensured that ebookdriod has XPS as a selected file type. I deleted
the app, reinstalled it. Shutdown the phone and resynched it several times
but still no changes.

Any further suggestions?

How are you open files?

Use internal file manager(folder icon in the top right corner), please.

EbookDroid use mime types to handle different file types. But android and lot
of file managers does not support some types. This cause that you can not open
files from this file managers.

But some file managers has ability to add new mime types and associate it with
extension.
Refer to your file manager manual.

Mime types supported by EBookDroid you can find on our wiki pages.
