suggestions for outline #124

In the latest version of ebookdroid, the tree like outline is introduced. But 
as I noticed, that it's not a real tree, but only added some blanks before the 
outline contents. 

So I have a suggestions for the outlines.
Could you please add collapse and expand features to the outline? just like 
ezpdf reader.

And I used adobe reader for android before, I found that it's outline showing 
method is very good, it's a variant of tree-type outline, but very good. you 
can also have a look at this.

BTW: thanks for your awsome work.
