Version 1.3.1 does not correctly open up some pdf files #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Version 1.3.1 does not correctly open up some pdf files.
2. An example of a pdf file that has problems can be found on the imslp.org 
website by searching for the composer "Henry Purcell", then click on "Fantasy 
upon a Ground, Z.731 (Purcell, Henry)" in the lising of compositions, then 
clicking on "Continuo part (unfigured)" under scores.
3. I have this pdf saved in my tablet's main memory two folders deep (Sheet 
Music->Purcell).
4. I open up EBookDroid and use the bookshelf to navigate to this file and 
click on it to open it up and the problem occurs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Certain files will cause the following error: "pdf file not found or 
corrupted". Some times it will not give an error and simply revert back to the 
bookshelf view. Other times it will load the pdf file, but the displayed text 
will be garbled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The version of EBookDroid is 1.3.1.
The operating system is Android 3.1 Honeycomb.

What device are you using?

I am using a Toshiba Thrive model AT105-T1016.

Please provide any additional information below.

I reverted back to version 1.3.0 and it does not have a problem opening these 
files. Also, other apps do not have a problem opening these files. I then tried 
to re-install version 1.3.1 with no luck. I have to use 1.3.0 to open these 
files.
