three problems in 1.4 dev 992 #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?

v1.4 dev 992

1.open book in portrait mode
2.turn the tablet to landscape
3.the pages will not fit to the width of the screen as previous version

problem 2
there will always be one thin broken white line in pages when reading in 
landscape mode

problem 3
notification bar will not be automatically hiden

above three problems will not appear in v1.4dev 924

android 2.3.5  
5 inch samsung g70

Problem 2:
Please try to change in options "Texture bitmap size" size of texture parts 
upper then 64*64

I observed Problem 2 in 1.4 r1007 in portrait mode. Changing "Texture bitmap 
size" displaces the line from one part of the screen to another part, but does 
not solve the issue.
