Fullscreen broken in 1.4 r992

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set fullscreen mode
2. Tap the Home button to exit EBookDroid
3. Return to EbookDroid, select a book

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of fullscreen, the status bar is shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.4 revision 992 on Android 2.2.1

What device are you using?

PRS-T1

Please provide any additional information below.

When you press the options button and immediately return to the book, the 
status bar disappears.

When fullscreen is enabled, I expect the status bar to be hidden.
