automatic yellow marks #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In some books, there will be automatic yellow marks on section title and 
subtitle 
2.
3.

What is the expected output?

at least I can disable this 

What do you see instead?

I can not disable it

What version of the product are you using?
v1.4 dev 1060

On what operating system?
android 2.3.5

What device are you using?

5 inch samsumg G70

It's not yellow marks but hyperlinks!

hyperlinks should be marked with blue underline

I just think it should be toggle-able. I read mostly  scientific papers and the 
links are usually already coloured..

You can set link highlight color to full transparent.
