Key binding configuration loses on-screen values #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open ebookdroid
2. Open a file (tested with pdf only here)
3. Go to menu -> key bindings
4. Open a key group or two
5. Check that the first bindings (for example volume keys) are set
6. Scroll up and down a couple of times
7. Some of the previously set values/bindings disappear

What is the expected output?
That the bindings stay put...

What do you see instead?
Bindings disappearing

What version of the product are you using?
1.4.0

On what operating system?
Android 2.3.4

What device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy S2

Do you use original firmware or customized assembly?

We cannot reproduce that on emulator.

Even though nothing has been explicitly stated about this, newer builds seem to 
have fixed it...
