Title bar is not working properly #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?

and pay attention to the title bar

What version of the product are you using?
r1186

On what operating system?
Android 2.1 and Android 2.2

What device are you using?
I tested in two different devices:
Device 1: Flytouch 2. 
A 10 inch china tablet with Android 2.1 and a Resistive one-touch screen with 
1024x600 screen resolution.
CPU Infotm ARMV6 800mhz
GPU Vivante GC600

Device 2: Rena3/Rena/Haipad M9 etc...
A 7 inch china Tablet with Android 2.2.1 and a capacitive two-point touch 
screen with 800x480 screen resolution
CPU Renesas/nec Cortex A9 Dual-Core 512mhz+512hz
GPU PowerVX SGX530

Sorry, i forgot to say this:
This is only happening with Document viewer implementation set to 
"android.view.View".
With "android.view.SurfaceView" this is not happening.
But for me, "android.view.View" is smoother than "android.view.SurfaceView" so 
i prefer to use the first one.
