Не читаются cbr-файлы (not showed cbr-files) #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download file (for example here: 
http://free-filess.ucoz.ru/index/marvel_komanda_1_10/0-58)
2. open file in ebookdroid

What is the expected output?
I want to see images from cbr-archiv

What do you see instead?
I see empty pages with numbers in center of every page

What version of the product are you using?
1.4.2

On what operating system?
Android 4.0

What device are you using?
Archos 80 G9

Please provide any additional information below.
pdf-files readed perfectly.

К сожалению, не помогло. Всё по прежнему: 
кол-во страниц определяет верно, однако 
содержимое не выводит.

В общем так: комиксы эти делали, видимо, 
очень давно, поскольку русские имена 
файлов внутри прописаны в Cp866, которую 
андроид не поддерживает из принципа.
Мы это немношко обошли, так что попробуйте 
вот эту версию.
