text jumps when scrolling

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a pdf in version 1.5
2. scroll by sliding, not very slowly, e.g. display height in 1/2 second.

What is the expected output?
in version 1.4 the screen scrolled smoothly.

What do you see instead?
the displayed text sometimes vertically jumps.
this is very irritating as the eye looses reference to the current line.

What version of the product are you using?
occured in 1.5, not an issue in 1.4 .

On what operating system?
andoid 4.0.4

What device are you using?
galaxy tab 7.7

i have already reverted to the previous version.

as far as i remember i tried almost all variants of performance settings and 
the problem did not go away.
