"Next page" should show top of page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. read in landscape mode at bottom of page
2. Next page
3. display is still at bottom of new page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 It should display top of next page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last version Android 3.2

What device are you using?
Acer Iconia A500

Please provide any additional information below.

If I want big characters I use the tablet in "landscape" mode and it shows only 
about 1/3 of the page so I have to scroll down to read, and that is OK, but 
when I go to the next page the display is still at the bottom so I have to 
scroll up before I can continue. It would be better if a "next page" triggered 
a "go to top" also.
