A function to turn off backlight #1

  Is there in Samsung BIOS exists function\interface to turn off backlight
(not to set to lowest value)? And could you use it in easy-slow-down-manager? 
  Yes, I can change it through command 'xset dpms force off', but if I move
a mouse or press key after, backlight will turned on. In windows it turns
on after off, ONLY by hotkey(fn+f5). Or I must do this functionality by
improved script?

Seems that you cannot use brightness to turn off the backlight, for details see
