CPU fan control is not available #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Have checked install of E_S_D_M and all binaries present
2. Other functions work ok - WIFI, etc
3.

What is the expected output? "CPU Fan control is not available" - cannot 
control speed of fan using 'echo 0>... or echo 1>...  etc.  What are the 
correct settings to update ?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Lubuntu 
Racy (aka skinny Ubuntu 13.10)

Any help greatly appreciated.  Battery life is getting eaten.
