ECR Lunchtime Session Checklist

Session Checklist:

[x] Start the recording (if the session is being recorded).
[x] Facilitator to welcome attendees and introduce the chair.
[x] Chair to introduce the speaker and topic.
[x] Speaker to deliver the presentation/talk.
[x] Q&A or discussion time.
[x] Chair to wrap up the session and thank the speaker and attendees.

Post-Session Checklist:

[ ] Share the session recording (if applicable).
[ ] Distribute session notes and any additional resources mentioned during the talk.
[ ] Follow up on any action items or unanswered questions from the session.

I have sent the speaker release form to the speaker - waiting for it. We will also link it in our May newsletter. @EKaroune once you are ready, add the recording here

@EKaroune Thank you dear, I already have the signed form but I am looking at the recording now and it seems that it also has other ECR "faces", not just the speaker - usually Zoom will have different recording modes has I do recording, can I ask if this the only one you have? If so, no worries!

Yes this is the only that was recorded, sorry about that as I know it is not ideal.
