Check citation and acknowledgements are up to date across the package repo, pages and zenodo: ❗ Only Rachael is listed in citation files right now

• [x] Change the short package desc within any citation text to 'browseMetadata: Browse and categorise health metadata.'

@BatoolMM we do not, please feel free to add! Probably in the acknowledgements section? I also just noticed that 'Acknowledgements' should be in the TOC and be a ## level title
