Split files #44

I felt the README was pretty long so I moved the list of metadata resources to a separate file. What do you think @BatoolMM?

Haha I often like things in one place too. I felt that these resources were separate to the package, hence why I moved them, keeping the README info to be relevant to the R package only. However, I am open to suggestions for future (as in, I will merge this change now but if you want to suggest a rearrange to the README later and re-combine I am happy to take a look).

@BatoolMM I did not see your WIP PR, sorry if there are merge conflicts with the README file 🙈 Ok for me to merge this PR or is there a reason to wait?

No worries, it should be fine - you can merge, I can re-base it again and fix the conflicts. Thank you for asking!
