@BatoolMM this is ready for a review. I think I have created the data docs to best practices, but please let me know if not! Open to feedback and improvements on it

I intend to work with Vignettes after this PR so this PR is ready to merge. Keeping in mind that I don't understand exactly what each column/item mean but we can review it once more we have Vignettes and pkgdown website.

Sounds great, thanks. Happy to schedule 15 mins next week (if you like) to show you how to run it (if that would help bring context before having a go at the vignettes etc)
