Clearer wording #79

Closes Issue #72

See the update to the README that says:

Terminology

  • We use Dataset (collection of data, can contain multiple tables) - this is called Data Asset in the Metadata Catalogue
  • We use Table - this is called Data Class in the Metadata Catalogue
  • We use Data Element - the same as the Metadata Catalogue - which refers to each variable name within the table

@Rainiefantasy does this address #72 sufficiently? Please check I have found all the places that mentioned data asset, data class, data element/variable, and they are used consistently. Happy to change if you can think of a clearer way of wording things.
