Users with the same initials #97

After doing some user testing of the package, I was wondering if multiple users having the same initials (which they have to input when running domain_mapping) could have any unwanted/unexpected consequences?

I was having a think about this and I don't seen any unwanted/unexpected consequences at the moment. In the file name the date-time stamp is included e.g.

LOG_NationalCommunityChildHealthDatabase(NCCHD)_CHILD_2024-06-17_08-32-33.329611

So this should hopefully make each file unique. The date-time stamp is not within the csv itself - do you think it would be good to include it in there?

Was there any functionality that you were thinking of?
