create conda env failed on win10 #62

I tried to create conda env on my win10, but somehow it failed, I can't solve it on my own.I don't know whether is the proble of my defualt conda source. Could anyone there to help me to find out the problem? 屏幕截图 2021-09-01 091957

Any ideas on that? Facing the same problem....
