This issue responds to the referee's very reasonable request that we attempt to explain why the ranking of classifiers on the SNPhotCC data differs under each metric.

EDIT: I removed the high priority label because this might benefit from waiting until #82 advances a bit.

The paper has now been accepted for publication so we no longer need this issue. (-:
