Added Dockerfile for use with docker. #69

Added Dockerfile and verified the docker build by running demo.ipynb

@drphilmarshall I requested you as a reviewer because I can't install Docker on my computer due to OS incompatibility, so I can't test whether the changes work locally. I could potentially try to get Travis to run it, although testing with Docker might be too resource-intensive for Travis.

I'm returning to this pull request after discovering that Docker is basically essential for running Python on NERSC, so I'd better learn how to use it soon. I've verified that the qp Dockerfile works so will merge this pull request. Thanks @morriscb!
