Upgrade Data class

Closes #1136.

Change list:

• [x] Storing features_names in new field
• [x] Storing features_types in new field
• [x] Adding the property categorical_features_map
• [ ] Loading data from .npy format with new classmethod InputData.from_npy(...)
• [ ] Loading data from .arff format with new classmethod InputData.from_arff(...)
• [ ] Implement the new properties filling from suitable formats (pd.DataFrame, .arff file, etc.).
• [ ] Cover the new features by tests.
