Add bugsnag to express middleware server #221

I would like to know if anyone else thinks this is a good idea, if not please remove this issue.

add Bugsnag to express server, looks pretty straight forward.

Yep that would be a good idea to catch some of the errors that don't make a lot of sense in the frontend. I'd add it as low priority as I suppose there should be less errors compared to fronted?
