Update list.php #237

Currently the delete links do not work on the customer listing page. This small commit fixes this by adding the id parameter to the links.

Did you overwrite the template and update from an earlier version? In 2022.07, there has been a change in all list templates to support bulk edits.

Apologies, I've just checked after reverting my change and delete does work. I'm sure I had an issue with it earlier, but can't reproduce it.

I hadn't overwritten the template so there must have been something else going on.
