Add dependencies to allow direct updates from 18.x to 19.10.x #181

This patch ensures previous type migration before updating indizes having the type field included

There is still an issue with the table mshop_index_text which prevents from a successful update. Still investigating to find a clean solution here. Temporary fix here was to delete the table and update the index after db migration but this solution currently works for TYPO3 only because I'm using an update wizard for this. Will come up with an other PR for this resting issue a.s.a.p.
