[feat] Add basic stats dump script for Aim repositories #3250

I suggest for the next iteration to add a bash script to download and execute this? Maybe iin the future add as a command for aim cli, but for now, lets make this available regardless of aim upgrade.

Adding command to Aim CLI is quite easy. Will open a separate PR for that.
