Suggest keeping LAVIS folder in this github repo #4

After reading your source code, I notice that this code only contains the communications with ChatGPT. Both model training and testing parts are kept in the LAVIS folder that you guide people to download as a 14G zip file.

I believe that most files in LAVIS are also source code. I would suggest putting these python files also in this Github repo, instead of letting people download a 14G zip file to obtain the code. This apparently help people study your approaches.

Looks most of LAVIS folder are py files. I think it makes sense to put them also in this repo.
