less text for offending cmake-args and using pkg from prefix path messages #38

The offending cmake args warning should be displayed only in verbose mode. The using pkg found on prefix path warning should be displayed only once per package (not per config) and without the offending cmake args enumeration (maybe a different cmake args note is fine)
