Cann't see the end of nametag form in smaller screen #63

When the app is opened in a smaller/shorter screen, the tabs currently blocked the end of the nametag form (e.g. the submit button), making it impossible to turn on nametag any more.

We should make sure the window is scrollable to show all the content.
