[UI] Small UI tweaks #82

This PR contains several small css tweaks to improve the look of the app, including:

  1. Add a divider between the header (Affirmation and wavehand buttons) and the tab area.
  2. Add margin at the bottom of header and top of tab area.
  3. Create a tab-container CSS class to unify the style of the tab.
  4. Create a tab-title CSS class to unify the style of the tab title (Nametag was indented before).
  5. Create a new CSS file for Wavehand button and picker. Most of the classes in that file were moved out from global.
  6. Delete unused CSS class from global.css and Mindfulness.css.
  7. Make sure the user lands on Nametag tab instead of Mindfulness tab after logging in.
