Issue #111 v2.0.3

Removed global variable customGoogleStyles from Core.js in favour of styleMapType in layer overrides
Added Google API Key
Added styleMapType to GoogleLayerConfig to allow Google custom layers
Added data source rebuild logs when a custom layers is added to the catalogue
Fix documentation about Google data source
