Every time the user want to regenerate a client, he needs to choose between:
Minimal: Regenerate the config and index files only. It's fast and it's usually enough.
Complete: Recopy all client files and regenerate the configs. This operation is needed for clients that has never been generated, after an update of the AtlasMapper or when one or more files are corrupted.
If the client files have been manually modified and the user choose the wrong regeneration option, the modification will be lost. This option should appear as a checkbox in advance configuration tab of the client, simplifying the decision for the user.
