[x] try oversampling the positive samples
- [x] write a function to find samples with landslides
[x] try under-sampling the negative samples
- [x] write a function to find negative samples without any landslides
[ ] try SMOTE (create synthetic data by KNN)
- [ ] write the SMOTE function
