Piemonte features #8

[x] reading the slope file with python gives -9999 as min and 64439.39 as max but the min and max are different in QGIS (0, ~115). -9999 is no-data and I'm still not sure about the large values (>180). I decided to treat all of them (>180 & <0) as no-data and used the mean value (which is 0 after normalization) for them.
[x] unable to load/read the DEM file except in QGIS (removed the feature for now)

The problem with the DEM file still remains ... I don't know the reason but I got new data from Blake and I'm going to see if it works.

The features are standardized now. I'm using 94 features right now consisting of slope, DEM, rock types, land covers, age, and family.
