Hi,

Sorry if this isn't the best place to ask these questions, if you'd prefer email or if there is a forum I can move this there.

Otherwise, I would be interested in replicating the Krona plots you showed in your publication. How can I accomplish this?

ImportTaxonomy.pl -q 1 -t 2 perRead -o kslam.html

this is what works for me
