What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download 
http://mvp4g.googlecode.com/svn/maven2/releases/com/googlecode/mvp4g/mvp4g/1.2.0
/mvp4g-1.2.0-javadoc.jar
2. Unpack
3. See .svn directories there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
.svn directories should be omitted. Artifact should repacked without them.

I redeployed mvp4g 1.2.0 to remove the svn directories from the javadoc jar
