I am starting with a small subset of the dataset I found on github. Using the female audio samples from Chilean and Colombian Spanish, my goal within the next two weeks is to have a program that is able to differentiate between just these two dialects. Once I have accomplished this, I will slowly start introducing new data from the dataset.
Before Spring Break:
-create visualizations of the data files using python
-organize these graphs
-finish literature review
