Cannot build wheels for aiohttp #8029

Describe the bug

I'm trying to install pycord, and I always have the error : 

error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio\\2022\\BuildTools\\VC\\Tools\\MSVC\\14.38.33130\\bin\\HostX86\\x64\\cl.exe' failed with exit code 2

ERROR: Could not build wheels for aiohttp, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

I tried to install multiple versions of pycord, aiohttp and even downgrade from python 3.12 to 3.11. But it didn't work

To Reproduce

  1. pip install py-cord
  2. Gives the error : 
    error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio\\2022\\BuildTools\\VC\\Tools\\MSVC\\14.38.33130\\bin\\HostX86\\x64\\cl.exe' failed with exit code 2

Expected behavior

Successfuly installing py-cord

That's a bug in pip or pinned dependencies of py-cord. aiohttp 3.8 doesn't support Python 3.12 and it shouldn't be trying to install it.
