docs update for 1.5 #320

There's probably a lot of docs that we need to update for 1.5 - if anyone can go through and audit the docs for stuff like, old Python versions, etc. and add those here that would be awesome!

(also it'd be worth noting in the documentation that this will be the officially recommended replacement for the smtpd module)
