[CLOSED] KernelInterface: use BigInteger for account balance #292

KernelInterface needs to be updated to return a BigInteger for its getBalance() method.

I'm labelling this as kernel-avm integration because this change has now become necessary because we are interacting with the real kernel and using a long unrealistically limits us to transferring at most around 9 aion.
