On first run aion_ui.sh (Linux) #222

Outputs this:

./aion_ui.sh: line 10: /home/yao/.aion/log/log_2018-11-23_13:42:08: No such file or directory
./aion_ui.sh: line 11: /home/yao/.aion/log/log_2018-11-23_13:42:08: No such file or directory

I suspect this is from the file not existing. Perhaps we can touch it if it doesn't exist?
