Change > to → within the documentation. #58

The more than > and less than < symbols can have certain connotations that can make using them for directions a bit confusing, especially when dealing with code. When directing users to follow some steps, we should use the unicode arrow characters instead.

For example, in docs/developers/tools/intellij-plugin/create-account.md the directions should be as follows:

Right click anywhere in your AVM project and selecting Aion Virtual Machine → Embedded → Create Account. Then...

The items the user needs to interact with should be in bold.
