There is, apparently, no manual rotation package available on CRAN.
Might be an idea to spin off q.mrot.do and q.mrot.choose into their own package, and then to just import those functions.

That way, we might get more people to contribute to those functions and improve the quality.
This might be especially so if we ever get around to providing better visualizations #172 for manual rotation.
